The FY 2025 Income limits have been posted and are effective 4/1/25. To ensure you are compliant with these new income limits, you will need to update your software with the new Multifamily income limits – https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/il.html.  If you are unsure how to do this process, please contact your software vendor. 

Please note that any Move In or Initial Certifications submitted, with an effective date of 4/1/25 or later, that has an incorrect income limit, will generate an Action 1 TRACS error that needs to be rectified with a correction within 45 days!  EPS, Inc., and our TRACS Service Team can assist you with ensuring that all 50059s and 50059a certifications are submitted utilizing these new income limits, and help you be compliant with this yearly change.
