The FY 2024 Income limits have been posted and are effective 4/1/24. To ensure you comply with these new income limits, you must update your software with the new Multifamily income limits – https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/il.html.  If you are unsure how to do this process, please contact your software vendor. 

Please note that any Move-In or Initial Certifications submitted with an effective date of 4/1/24 or later, containing an incorrect income limit, will generate an Action 1 TRACS error that needs to be rectified with a correction within 45 days! EPS, Inc., and our TRACS Service Team can assist you with ensuring that all 50059s and 50059a certifications are submitted utilizing these new income limits, and help you be compliant with this yearly change.
