Who is EPS, Inc?

EPS, Inc. was established in 1993 to assist properties with navigating HUD’s Multifamily TRACS system by creating 50059s for properties and submitting them through the TRACS system. In 2000, EPS started working with PBCA’s and was the responsible for getting the first PBCA voucher paid in the country. Over the years, we have actively worked in HUD’s working groups on TRACS and 811 PRA (Demos), and we have continued to be a stakeholder in the Multifamily Industry. EPS is asked to do training at multiple Asset Management events and conferences. We have assisted in editing the MAT Guide, created responses to all of HUD’s TRACS errors for more cohesive explanations, and wrote the 50059 and 50059a Instructionals to assist Owners and Agents.
