Yes, No, Maybe every other Sunday? Simple answer- EPS, Inc., don’t know yet!  HUD released a new HUD Passbook rate of 0.45% for 2025. However, TRACS is still accepting 0.06%, 0.40%, as well.  If you get an error indicating that the passbook rate is incorrect, due to a TRACS glitch in January of 2025, please resubmit to TRACS as a baseline to remove that error.  If you have changed to 0.45%, a baseline will not correct it at this time (2/25).  You will also receive cascading errors if you have imputed assets, as it is trying to adjust back to 0.06%.  These Action 1 cascading errors, do not need to be corrected, nor will there be an MOR finding, as the only way to correct them is to go back to 0.06%, which is not required.
