EPS, Inc., is here to help! The Cost-of-Living Adjustments (COLA) are effective 1/1/26 for SS and 12/31/25 for SSI. This year it is a 2.8% increase. If your property participates in Streamlined Verification (Streamlined Income Determinations – EPS, Inc.), you can use the COLA factsheet (2026 Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) Fact Sheet | News | SSA) as verification and no additonal verification documentation, award letter, or EIV is needed as long as third-party has been obtained no more than 3-years prior.
