The Cost-of-Living Adjustments (COLA) are effective 1/1/25 for SS and 12/31/24 for SSI.  This year it is a 2.5% increase.  If your property participates in Streamlined Verification (see notice below), you can use the COLA factsheet (see below) as verification and no additional verification documentation, award letter, or EIV is needed as long as third-party has been obtained no more than 3-years prior.
